1. Approve Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. registering bodies – the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank, the Ministry of Justice Authorized for religions and nationalities, regional executive committees, the Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev Gorispolkoms, head departments of justice of regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, administration of free economic zones, administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone":

create the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - the Single register) (territorial part of the Single register) regarding data on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, liquidation of legal entities (the termination of activities of individual entrepreneurs), changes and (or) additions made to charters of legal entities (foundation agreements - for the commercial organizations acting only on the basis of the foundation agreements), the changes made to certificates on state registration of individual entrepreneurs, and also other data which are subject to inclusion in the Single register according to the legislation;

represent to the Ministry of Justice of the data according to the procedure, determined by this Ministry.

Regional executive committees have the right to delegate part of the powers on forming of the Single register to other local executive and administrative organs, and the called Gorispolkoms - to the relevant administrations of areas in the cities;
