About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 and of December 29, 2021 No. 1440

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, the Art. 4230, No. 99, the Art. 6494) and of December 29, 2021 No. 1440 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2022" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 9, the Art. 478) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854:
Item 2 of the resolution to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The limiting register of wholesale selling prices on medicines which are subject to reimbursation according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population is subject to extraordinary updating no later than September, 2022.";
