The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing all-public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, the Art. 2080), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market

1. In paragraph one of Item of the 5th figure and the word "on May 1 till September 30, 2022." to replace with figures and the words "on May 1, 2022 till April 30, 2023.

2. In paragraph one of Item of the 7th figure and the word "September 30, 2022." to replace with figures and the words "April 30, 2023.

3. In Item of the 8th figure and the word "on May 1 till September 30, 2022." to replace with figures and the words "on May 1, 2022 till April 30, 2023.

4. In Item of the 9th figure and the word "on May 1 till September 30, 2022." to replace with figures and the words "on May 1, 2022 till April 30, 2023.

5. In paragraph one of Item 1 of appendix 1 to the Provision of figure and the word "on May 1 till September 30, 2022." to replace with figures and the words "on May 1, 2022 till April 30, 2023.
