The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of digital transformation and Administration of Public service of special communication and information security on implementation of the pilot project on implementation of complex of organizational and technical actions for detection of vulnerabilities and shortcomings of setup of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems in which the state information resources are processed, during 2021 and 2022 (further - the pilot project).
2. Approve the Procedure for carrying out the pilot project on implementation of complex of organizational and technical actions for detection of vulnerabilities and shortcomings of setup of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems in which the state information resources which is applied are processed.
3. Determine that executive in charge for implementation of the pilot project is the State center of cyberprotection of Public service of special communication and information security.
4. To give administrations of Public service of special communication and information security to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
till July 31, 2022 - the report on implementation of the pilot project;
offers on introduction of amendments to acts of the legislation by results of implementation of the pilot project.
