About approval of the Regulations on criteria and financial standard rates of activities of credit institutes

According to item 4 of part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 4, 2003 N 292, and for the purpose of ensuring stability of activities of financial institutions and consumer protection State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:

1. Approve Regulations on criteria and financial standard rates of activities of credit institutes it (is applied).

2. Credit institutes shall within year from coming into force of this Provision bring the activities into accord with this Provision.

3. (Chursin O. V.) to provide to department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Carpatho-Russian M.P.), Legal department provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. Control of execution of this order to assign to the member of the commission - the director of the department of supervision of credit institutes Olenchik A. Ya.
