Order of interaction of executive bodies concerning protection of the state information resources in information and electronic communication systems

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of interaction of executive bodies concerning protection of the state information resources in information and electronic communication systems.

2. The concepts used according to the procedure have the following value:

information system - organizational and technical system of information processing by means of technical and software;

complex system of information security - set of organizational, technical actions, means and methods of technical and cryptographic information security;

unauthorized actions - access or attempt of such access to the state information resources in information and electronic communication systems without respectively drawn up by the owner or person of permission authorized by it, virus defeat, making of other actions which can lead to violation of integrity, availability and confidentiality of these resources;

electronic communication system - set technical and the software intended for exchange of information by transfer (radiation) or acceptance of signals, signs, sounds, moving or motionless images or in a different way.
