The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Register of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems of executive bodies, and also the companies, organizations and the organizations belonging to the sphere of their management it (is applied).

2. To department of special electronic communication systems and information security of Security service in the II quarter 2006 to form the Register of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems of executive bodies the, and also companies, organizations and organizations belonging to the sphere of their management (further - the Register) and to provide its functioning.

3. To provide to the ministries, other central executive bodies, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations since July 1, 2006 the information in the Register according to the Provision approved by this resolution.
