About implementation of the pilot project on functioning of the National center of reservation of the state information resources
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of digital transformation and Administration of Public service of special communication and information security on realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on functioning of the National center of reservation of the state information resources.
2. Approve the Procedure for functioning of the National center of reservation of the state information resources which is applied.
3. Determine that ensuring functioning and development of the National center of reservation of the state information resources is performed by Administration of Public service of special communication and information security for the account and in the expense limits provided in the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
4. Determine that creation of the National center of reservation of the state information resources regarding creation of constructions of electronic communications, the electronic communication networks and the information (automated) system necessary for rendering services to them, is performed on the following stages:
creation (creation), ensuring functioning of the main protected data-processing centers (data-centers) intended for processing (storage) of the state electronic information resources;
creation (creation), ensuring functioning and development of the reserve protected data-processing centers (data-centers) intended for processing (storage) of the state electronic information resources;
ensuring functioning and development of the main protected data-processing centers (data-centers) intended for processing (storage) of the state electronic information resources.
