For the purpose of expansion of scale of the actions directed to optimum permission of questions of social security of the military personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the citizens discharged from military service in reserve (resignation), and members of their families, further enhancement of procedure for providing them by housing, and also elimination of the duplicating each other, similar regulations in separate regulatory legal acts:
1. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
provision of housing for the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the military personnel) recognized unusable to military service owing to acquired disease or the sustained injuries on duty and dismissed in reserve (resignation), and also members of families of the military personnel, the died (dead) on duty, irrespective of the term of their service;
