About approval of samples of the Certificate of state registration, permissions to use of remaining balance of pesticides and agrochemicals, permissions to production and use of pilot batches of domestic pesticides and agrochemicals and sample of the label

In pursuance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.03.96 of N295 "About Approval of the Procedure for Carrying Out the State Testing, State Registration and Re-registration, the Edition of Lists of the Pesticides and Agrochemicals Permitted to Use in Ukraine" (with changes) I ORDER:

1. Approve samples:

- Certificates of state registration (appendix 1);

- Permissions to production and use of pilot batches of domestic pesticides and agrochemicals (appendix 2);

- label sample on pesticides and agrochemicals (appendix 3).

2. (E. Matorin) to provide to department of ecological safety provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Lizun S. O.
