In pursuance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.03.96 No. 288 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the import permit and use of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals of foreign production" (with changes) I ORDER:

1. Approve sample of the Import permit and use of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals for the state testing and scientific research, and also the seed (landing) material processed by them which is applied.

2. (E. Matorin) to provide to department of ecological safety provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Lizun S. O.
