1. This Procedure determines conditions of provision of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine (further - import) the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals which are used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research (further - the unregistered medicines), and also the seed (landing) material processed by them.
Action of this Procedure does not extend to import of standard analytical samples of the medicines intended for carrying out control analytical dimensions, development of techniques of determination of residual amounts of medicines, preparation of calibrating or reperny solutions.
