About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value

According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 27, 2022 No. UP-122 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of Customs Administration" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 06.04.2022 No. 160 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 8, 2017 No. 01-02/8-4 (рег. No. 2868 of March 14, 2017) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 11, the Art. 176), according to appendix.

2. This resolution is approved with the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
