The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out selection of requests for creation in the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity of the services providing (execution) of the state services and functions, others necessary for implementation of foreign trade activity by the Russian legal entities and Russian physical persons registered as individual entrepreneurs, services, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation and (or) rules of international law, other services, including paid provided to participants of foreign trade activity and other persons, ministerial procedures in the field of foreign trade activity (further - Rules).
