liquidation since January 1, 2023 of services of the customer under the Ministry of preschool education, the Ministry of national education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of development of sport and their regional branches, and also regional branches of service of the customer under the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing (further - the liquidated services of the customer) according to appendix No. 1;
determination as customers of objects on which the liquidated services of the customer carry out design and survey also installation and construction works at the expense of centralized sources, according to engineering companies "Service of the Single Customer" under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent (further - engineering companies);
till January 1, 2023 change of form of business of engineering companies on the state unitary enterprise.
