About approval of changes in the Procedure for the direction tax authorities of the tax claims to taxpayers

1. Approve changes in the Procedure for the direction tax authorities of the tax claims to taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 30, 2017 No. 610, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 24, 2017 for No. 902/30770, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To provide to the State Tax Service of Ukraine development of the software according to this order within six months from the date of the introduction it in force.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
