According to Item 13 parts two of Article 4, Item 10 parts one, Item 12, part one of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 7 parts three of Article:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of protection of the rights and the interests of investors protected by the law approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 825, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2016 for No. 874/29004 (in edition of the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of October 10, 2019 No. 2605) which are applied.

2. To participating banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits to bring the activities into accord with this decision within one month from the date of entry into force of this decision.

3. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
