1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 257 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 7 of the word "Ulitsa Umetaliyeva, 41" shall be replaced with words "Ulitsa Akhunbayeva, 119";
The scheme of management approved by the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
3) in the Charter of the State company "Infokom" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the paragraph one of Item 19 to state in the following edition:
"19. The director of the Company is appointed to position and dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the minister of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
