About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 5.5 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 11.10.3 "Inclusion of the organizer of cultural and spectacular action in the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 11.10.4 "Exception of the organizer of cultural and spectacular action of the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
