About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning optimization of some questions of compulsory acquisition and withdrawal of property in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) Item of 1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 35, Art. 237; 2015, No. 4, Art. 14; 2019, 4, the Art. 32) to add No. with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:

"need of compulsory acquisition or withdrawal of personal estate which is used or it can be used for ensuring activities of the companies of defense industry complex of Ukraine and concerning which there is risk of interruption of its functioning in connection with stay of such property in the territory of administrative and territorial unit of Ukraine concerning which there is threat of its temporary occupation and which border no more than 30 kilometers from the area of conducting military (fighting) operations or from temporarily occupied territory are located at distance";

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About transfer, compulsory acquisition or withdrawal of property in the conditions of legal regime of warlike or emergency state" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 15, the Art. 99):
