About determination of the list of the types of goods imported within implementation of investment projects which can be declared to release before submission of the declaration on goods

According to part 10.1 of article 105 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the types of goods imported within implementation of investment projects which can be declared to release before submission of the declaration on goods (further - the list).

2. To provide to the federal executive bodies authorized in the respective sphere of maintaining by acts of the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation the direction in the Federal Customs Service of the documents confirming purpose of the goods specified in Item 1 of the list.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the direction in the Federal Customs Service of notifications on the conclusion (termination) of agreements on protection and encouragement of the capital investments specified in Item 2 of the list.

4. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the established number of staff of federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided to federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

5. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
