appeals on the decision of council on protection of theses for degree of the candidate of science, for degree of the doctor of science, special council on protection of the theses containing the data which are the state secret for degree of the candidate of science, for degree of the doctor of science which are given to the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation before entry into force of this resolution are considered according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution;

the statements for deprivation of academic degrees which are taken cognizance according to Regulations on award of academic degrees to persons using in the works the data which are the state secret as the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2015 No. 235 "About procedure for award of academic degrees to persons using in the works the data which are the state secret" before entry into force of this resolution are considered according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution.
