About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 41, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 68 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts which establish requirements for the organization of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 4, 2018 No. 75 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of financial accounting, accounting control during implementation of operating activiies in banks of Ukraine" the following changes:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of the Regulations on the organization of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine";

Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Approve Regulations on the organization of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine which are applied.".

2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the organization of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 04, 2018 No. 75, which are applied.

3. To accounting department (Bogdan Lukasiewicz) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.
