1. In footnote 8 to the inventory to which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in the comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 No. 59, of the word "since July 1, 2022." shall be replaced with words "since July 1, 2023".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2022.
