About modification of the Accounting treatment for explosive materials of industrial function
According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the treatment of explosive materials of industrial function", the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I order:
1. Bring in the Accounting treatment for explosive materials of industrial function approved by the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against July 6, 2006 No. 424, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2006 for No. 828/12702, the following changes:
"Specially authorized central executive body concerning supervision of labor protection and the state mountain supervision in the field of the treatment of explosive materials or its structural division" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 20 of the word "territorial authorities of Gostrud";
Item 23 to state 2) in the following edition:
"23. In case of identification during check of shortage or excesses of explosive materials it is necessary to tell immediately the head of the subject of managing, and also in relevant organs of National police and territorial authorities of Gostrud for taking measures. All cases of loss of explosive materials are registered and registered the subject of managing, bodies of National police and territorial authorities of Gostrud.";
3) in the text of the Procedure for the word "law-enforcement body" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "body of National police" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
