2. To heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to consider the qualification requirements specified in Item 1 in case of development of official regulations of federal government civil servants.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister O. Yu. Hlupin.
