About modification of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation, and also children without maintenance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 948/2008

The government DECIDES:

1. In Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation, and also children without maintenance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 948/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 152-153, 949), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 18-1 of the word "and also", and after words of "medical supplies" to add with the new text", and also freight charges of children, including taxi";

To add 2) with Items 29-1 and 29-2 of the following content:

"29-1. After collection of necessary documents which form the basis for registration of the birth and creation of the certificate of birth addressed to the child the territorial authority of guardianship represents the corresponding set of documents to territorial competent subdivision of the Agency of the state services which will take necessary actions for registration of the birth and issue of the certificate of birth free of charge, having transferred him to territorial authority of guardianship.

29-2. At the request of territorial authority of guardianship the competent division of the Agency of the state services issues free of charge the duplicate of the certificate of birth addressed to the child.";

3) in litas. e) subitems 1) and 2) of Item 56-1 in both cases to make the following changes:
