1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death of the employee of diplomatic service or the employee of diplomatic service on duty abroad or death within year owing to the injury received on duty abroad, establishments to it disability, which was caused disease, mutilations (wounds, injuries, contusions) received on duty abroad and receipts of the mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) which did not entail (not entailed) disability, on duty abroad.
2. To provide to monetary department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control for execution of this order on the Chief of staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
