About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Items 16 and 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), for the purpose of implementation of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 12 and ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of goods according to appendix.
2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, to add with the note 71C of the following content:
"<71C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.10.2022 till 31.03.2023 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2022.
