About measures for transformation of agricultural enterprises to farms in 2007

For the purpose of further deepening of economic reforms in agricultural industry, developments and strengthenings of farming as main business entity in the village, and also in pursuance of the Program of transformation of unprofitable, low-profitable and unpromising agricultural cooperatives (shirkat) to farms:

1. Accept the offers of the Republican commission on deepening of economic reforms in agricultural industry prepared together with the Ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas about:

transformation in 2007 of agricultural enterprises in farms according to the appendix N1;

creation of objects of production and market infrastructure in the territory of the agricultural enterprises reorganized in 2007 according to the appendix N2.

2. Assign to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and areas, heads of the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Association of farms the personal responsibility for:

implementation, in full accordance with requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About farm", reorganization in the two-month time of agricultural enterprises, according to appendix N 1, in farms;

carrying out open and public tenders among applicants for creation of farms, having provided at the same time strict observance of principles of social justice, objectivity and transparency in case of determination of winners;

timely and full completion of liquidating productions on shirkatny farms in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers (Sh. Mirziyoyev) together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in a month to determine dislocation of the objects of production and market infrastructure created in the territory of the reorganized agricultural enterprises in 2007 in strict accordance with appendix N 2, and to provide control of their creation;

provide the conclusion with the companies of JSC Uzdonmakhsulot with newly created farms of agreements of contracting for purchase of grain of grains of cultures of harvest of 2007 for the state needs in amounts it is pro rata to earlier signed contracts of contracting with the reorganized agricultural enterprises;

organize work on employment of the workers released as a result of reorganization of agricultural enterprises according to the appendix N1.

To Goskomzemgeodezkadastr, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas to carry out complete inventory of lands to two-month time subsidiary, educational, educational-experimental farms and other business entities under whose authority are the earth of agricultural purpose.

8.
