About modification of the Regulations on federal state fire supervision

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state fire supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290 "About federal state fire supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 1964; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5403).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication, except for Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state fire supervision

1. In Item 33:

a) state the subitem "zh" in the following edition:

"g) testing;";

b) add with the subitem "z" of the following content:

"h) examination.".

2. Add with Item 36 (1) the following content:

"36(1). In case of establishment during control (supervising) action or preventive action of the fact of operation of buildings, rooms, constructions which construction is not complete and also of operation of premises not according to the established class of functional fire risk and (or) the project documentation body of the state fire supervision within 3 working days the relevant information goes to bodies of prosecutor's office, law-enforcement bodies, local government bodies for taking measures within the conferred powers.".

3. In Item 39:

a) word in paragraph three", or inspection is performed" to exclude;

b) to add the paragraph of the sixth with words ", except as specified holding control (supervising) action without interaction".
