About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and orders of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

2. Items 67, 73 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 4, 2014 No. 970 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and orders of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
