About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of Economics" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, Art. 2183; 2021, No. 17, the Art. 676, No. 45, the Art. 2762), changes which are applied.

1. The twelfth the subitem 1 of Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"state policy on creation and functioning of industrial (industrial) parks (further - the industrial park);".
2. In item 4:
Subitem 21 to exclude 1);
Subitem 26 to state 2) in the following edition:
"26) is conducted by the State register of investment projects;";
Subitem 36 to state 3) in the following edition:
"36) prepares drafts of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on inclusion of the industrial park in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks or about refusal in inclusion of the industrial park in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks;";
4) to add Item with subitem 36-1 of the following content:
"36-1) prepares drafts of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on exception of the industrial park from the Register of industrial (industrial) parks;";
5) to add Item with subitem 37-1 of the following content:
"37-1) approves report form about functioning of the industrial park and procedure for submission of the report on functioning of the industrial park and its promulgation;";
