1. Approve:

Regulations on national network of observation and laboratory control of infectiousness (impurity) of the environment the radioactive, poisoning, strong toxic agents and biological agents according to appendix No. 1;

The list of the organizations and laboratories included in national network of observation and laboratory control (NSNLK) of infectiousness (impurity) of the environment by the radioactive, poisoning, strong toxic agents and biological agents according to appendix No. 2.

2. To perform financing of the actions provided by the specified provision at the expense of state and local budgets within the means approved on these purposes.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 477 of May 19, 2000. "About national network of observation and laboratory control of infectiousness (impurity) of the environment the radioactive, poisoning, strong toxic agents and bacterial (biological) means" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 63-64, 561).

4. The costs necessary for implementation of provisions of this resolution will be performed by the involved bodies / organizations for the account and within the financial resources provided in the annual budget.
