Approve categories of compensation of the Single scale of charges for the civilian workers who do not have the status of the government employee from military connections, military units and organizations of the Ministry of Defence, the state security agencies and public order according to appendices No. 1-8. Specific categories of compensation within their range are established by commanders (heads) of units of bodies of national defense, state security and public order.

2. Compensation of the workers specified in appendices No. 1-8 to this resolution and also other categories of civilian workers (workers, specialists and leading employees of end-to-end positions, pedagogical personnel, medical personnel, etc.) (except for government employees) bodies of national defense, state security and public order is performed according to the procedure, the sizes and conditions provided for similar employee categories of the corresponding industries of the budget sector approved by the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006.
