About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) for office use;

2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2017 No. 563 "About some questions of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

To be reworded as follows the regulations on the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 2 to this Decree;

to state the structure of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree in the following edition:

Management

Service of criminal prosecution

Service on supervision of legality of the sentences which became effective and their execution

Service on protection of public concerns

Service of special prosecutors

Service of international legal cooperation

Department on supervision of legality of operational search, counterintelligence activities and secret investigative actions

Department of coordination of rule-making activities

Department on work with addresses and clerical work

Finance department

Management on protection of the state secrets

Management of internal audit

Management of information security";

the list of positions of system of bodies of prosecutor's office to which class ranks, and also limiting class ranks corresponding to them are appropriated to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this Decree (marked "For office use").

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
