Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 No. 100" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, Art. 1703; No. 12, Art. 1873; No. 20, Art. 3313; No. 23, Art. 3815; No. 27, Art. 4862):

a) Item 1 (to state 1) in the following edition:

"1(1). Determine that till December 31, 2022 inclusive export out of limits of the Russian Federation of goods according to the list according to appendix No. 2 is performed according to the decision of the Russian Prime Minister, either the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, or the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, or the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (according to distribution of obligations) based on offers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.";

b) add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:
