Rules of access to the information system "Register of Personal Estate"

1. General provisions

1. These rules of access to the information system "Register of Personal Estate" (further - IS RDI) are developed according to Item 3 of article 3-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About registration of pledge of personal estate".

2. These Rules determine the procedure of provision of access to IS RDI.

3. The basic concepts used in these rules:

1) access - actions for creation of accounting record in IS RDI, to assignment of primary password, procedure for use and change of primary and main passwords;

2) the contractor - the company rendering technical maintenance of IS RDI;

3) the user - the employee of Non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - Corporation), having the IS RDI account and working with this IS;
