In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the valid law, of December 25, 1995 "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 1997 No. 236 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the valid law" of December 25, 1995 No. 2727, I ORDER to No. 2727:
Approve the following forms of certificates:
1. About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it;
2. About state registration of lease (property hiring);
3. About state registration of mortgage;
4. About state registration of object of condominium.
