ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 590

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 "About the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, figure "113" and "93" to replace No. 590 respectively with figures "121" and "101".

2. The seventy fourth and seventy fifth item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 590, after words "allowing" and "allowing documents" to add paragraphs respectively with the words "and licensed" and "and licenses".

3. Approve appendix 2 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 590 "About the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, it (is in the new edition applied).

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide maintenance costs (payment of the salary and social insurance) of 8 additional established posts of the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the republican budget.
