Establish the extreme number of employees of the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 121 units (without service personnel), including central office in number of 101 (without service personnel) units and to perform functioning at the expense of means of the republican budget.

3. Permit the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property to have 3 vice-chairmen, including one first, board as a part of 7 people and to set limit on content of office cars in number of 5 units.

4. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property in two-month time:

- develop and submit provision of the Service of the state supervision of use of state-owned property provided in the scheme of management of Committee for consideration of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- bring the acts into accord with this resolution.
