For the purpose of enhancement of activities of system of the state security agencies I decide:

1. Reorganize public institution of education "Institute of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus" into Academy of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus, public institution of education (further - the NSA).

2. Approve the Charter of Academy of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

3. For office use.

4. In subitem 72.3 of Item 72 of the Regulations on procedure for the passing of military service approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2005 No. 186, of the word "public institution of education "Institute of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "Academies of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus".

5. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

6. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, Committee for State Security till January 1, 2023 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

7. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1-5 - since January 1, 2023;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
