About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of system of the state security agencies I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, Committee for State Security till January 1, 2023 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since January 1, 2023;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 289 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus":

in Item 1:

from subitem 1.6 of the word Committee for State Security to exclude;

from subitem 1.7 of the word of "The chairman of Committee for State Security" to exclude;

Committee for State Security to exclude line item from the list of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Decree.

2. In part one of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the material logistics of the state security agencies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2010 No. 183, of the word "vice-chairman" shall be replaced with words "the managing director concerning providing".

3. In Regulations on the Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2013 No. 325:
