O modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the country as a result of the carried-out work on attraction of private investments for last five years more than 400 special economic, small industrial, youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones (further - industrial zones) are formed in which more than one thousand projects are realized by total cost of 10 trillion sum.

For the purpose of creation of additional opportunities for subjects of entrepreneurship, stimulation of investment attraction, development of activities of industrial zones and acceleration of implementation of investment projects:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

provision to subjects of entrepreneurship of the right to transfer as proof of the right of lease of the parcel of land in the territory of industrial zones as credit providing;

the direction of the money arriving from realization of the parcels of land in the territory of youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones on creation of infrastructure and development of master plans of these zones;

distribution of the procedure established for small industrial zones on industrial technopark "Yangikhayot" and assignment of functions of the customer of performance of works on it on designing and construction of infrastructure facilities;

expansion of types of the investment contributions made by investment companies.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.
