2. The paragraph the fifth the subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2602 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075" (Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 3, Art. 576), to declare invalid.

3. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 6-month time to give methodical instructions for calculation of regulated prices (rates) in spheres of heat supply, water supply and water disposal in compliance with this resolution.

4. To Federal Antimonopoly Service till July 1, 2025:

approve standard forms of the expert opinion of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2024 to the Government of the Russian Federation the report on analysis results of practice of application of the changes approved by this resolution regarding use of the economy of expenses reached by the organization performing regulated types of activity in the field of heat supply or in the field of water supply and water disposal as a result of implementation of actions of investing program of such organization.
