2. Bring in regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Burial of radioactive waste. The principles, criteria and the main safety requirements", the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of January 20, 2012 No. 7, the following changes:
state Item 41 in the following edition:
"41. Technical requirements in the field of ensuring radiation safety in case of placement of PZRO are established by the regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Placement of Items of storage of nuclear materials, Items of storage of radioactive waste, Items of burial of radioactive waste" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2022 No. 48.
