1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming of the list of legal entities, the realization of firewood in the prepared type by which it is enabled out of the exchange biddings (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for forming of the list of legal entities, the realization of firewood in the prepared type by which it is enabled out of the exchange biddings

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming of the list of legal entities, the realization of firewood in the prepared type by which it is enabled out of the exchange biddings (further - the list).

2. Forming of the list is performed by the Ministry of forestry based on offers on inclusion of the legal entities in the list represented by the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus regional and Minsk city executive committees (further if other is not provided, - the interested organizations).

Without fail legal entities are included in the list:

the coppers and (or) other power sources using firewood financed by means republican and local budgets and having;

the logging-in Energy ministries *;

belonging to the toplivosnabzhayushchy organizations, and also to the organizations of housing and communal services which are in utility property.
