About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning work

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning the work approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 96 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 21, the Art. 584), the following changes:
in subitem 52 of the word "and also cancels granted permissions and licenses" to exclude;
add Item with subitem 52-1 of the following content:
"52-1) cancels granted permissions and licenses on the bases determined by the laws of Ukraine, and in case of application to the subject of managing of the sanction, stipulated in Item 6 parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions";".
