2. Recognize invalid forms of the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document MD-2, of the additional sheet MD-3, of amendment MD-6, of the MD-8, specification of the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document MD-4, of the additional sheet MD-5, of amendment MD-7, "The questions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2020 No. 681 "Some questions connected using separate types of customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 65, the Art. 2097).

4. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2022.
