According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of general transit and introduction of national electronic transit system", Article 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve such which are applied:
Regulations on customs declarations of separate types;
form of the transit accompanying document.
2. Bring in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2019, No. 24, the Art. 847, No. 58, the Art. 1999), changes which are applied.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
